Through the Progressive Alliance of Ghana’s women-in-leadership mentorship program, I gained the confidence, guidance, and practical tools needed to serve my community more effectively.

The mentorship experience helped me understand leadership from a place of integrity, inclusion, and service. It encouraged me to speak up, participate in civic discussions, and take initiative in addressing issues affecting my community.

Joining PAG gave me a voice. Today, I feel empowered to contribute meaningfully to Ghana’s development and inspire other women to step into leadership roles.
