This program focuses on increasing women’s participation and leadership in political, civic, and community spaces. Through mentorship, advocacy, and capacity‑building, it breaks barriers and amplifies women’s voices in governance. PAG partners with women’s groups, institutions, and local assemblies to train and support female leaders across Ghana.
